After 5 years of networking and other improvements P.A.N.T has realised that all aspects of `well being` are required to enhance a life, therefore physical and psychological stresses can be dealt with working from the inside out.

To revitalise your health a string of changes are needed to take place;

  • Fun-ctional Exercise This need not be high impact or strenuous, it can however start with something as simple as `breathing exercises`.

  • Eating habits You may not be getting the right kinds of foods and sometimes not enough food to sustain the energy needed

  • Drinking WATER!! And plenty of it.

  • Sleeping Sound sleeping too !

  • Relaxation Massage, with the use of oils.

  • Thoughts Positive thoughts makes muscles relax.
